Returns, exchanges & damaged items
Contact Divine’s Empire within 48 hours of receiving an order if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Provide your order details and clear photos or video of the issue. Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging. Wigs, skincare, personal-care products, earrings and selected hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Requests are reviewed after inspection. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the error is ours or applicable law requires otherwise.
Order cancellations & refunds
Please request cancellations as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation. Refunds for approved returns are processed through the original payment method where possible, or another agreed method. Confirm product details and delivery information before payment.
Delivery & payment
Nationwide delivery is available. Payment on delivery is available within Port Harcourt. Orders delivered outside Port Harcourt require payment before delivery. Customers are responsible for delivery or waybill fees. Please confirm the delivery timeframe and fee with the business before completing your order.
